Hi Neha, I like the food pictures you posted. I see you also like to walk and are keeping track of the calories you consume. I also try to stay close to 1500 to 1600 consumed per day, not always easy. Drinking lots of water also helps a lot. Re-commit to your goals, take it one day at a time and you will see results ..... :)

We are running a "challenge" on this bet (Julie Lama) where we state our 2 week plan and log each day to post how we did. Somehow if I post my goal I am so much more likely to get it done ... just an idea.
