Non-scale victory of the week!

Haven’t had to wear anything but leggings in a long time! Put my jeans on and had to eventually put in a belt because I kept having to hike my jeans up!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

probably got more cardio in...I do CrossFit and for some days I just don’t feel like I got enough of a workout in!

resisted a lot of tempting food!!! realized how much mindless wasting I do sometimes!!!

passed up going out to eat when I was in a hurry! i knew I didn’t want to let my “Clean Eating Challenge” team mates down!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I am still using artificial sweeteners in my coffee and drinks during the day. I would really like to get myself to drink just straight water!!!

started the Clean Eating challenge with others from my CrossFit gym that runs from Sunday 11/29 to Sunday 12/20. we are tracking what we eat in MyFitnessPal and logging a servong of carbs, fat, protein and veggies. We have to pick off a list but there is no dairy and no bread! i am surprised how well I am doing and it shows on the scale! It could be water weight but I am stoked by the first 4 days of the challenge!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Coming back after a long year of comfort eating and a pandemic. Last year at this time we were prepping for a hospital stay for my husband. He had surgery the first few days of December and it was a slow recovery. We weren’t able to go visit family at Christmas and I was pretty sad and disappointed. The pandemic has had me teleworking and more weight crept on. I started CrossFit in July but the weight is still hanging on.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Better at eating on plan and not eating out!

Didn’t do much this past week! Did go back to my weight loss doctor and talked about what I was doing wrong and why the weight won’t budge!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

everything! Didn’t eat great and haven’t been exercising. I think the sheer fact I am not up and in the kitchen all the time because of my broken foot that i am not snacking like i usually would!

New week!!! I go to ortho on Tuesday to see if I can step down to a lace up ankle brace!!! Hopefully that will help with motivation!!!

Went to my Wednesday work out and really pushed myself!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating healthy went down the toilet! we had a Halloween party to go to Friday and it just went down hill after that!

Well...I may have a fracture of my left ankle. Going to see ortho this morning. Even if it is a bad sprain, my workouts will be over (they include running) so I hope I can figure out a way to still get in some exercise!

Did not want to go work out yesterday! we have been doing a Monday/Wednesday outside circuit training and it was in the 40’s!!! i sucked it up and went and felt pretty good about it!

we went camping this past weekend and I was not trying at all to eat healthy!!!

I thought I was out of the DietBet! i had lost several pounds and then gained them back! I refused to do a progress weigh in until I got them back off! I was a bit surprised I did it...I thought I would have to throw in the towel for this round! i need to keep up with the social part of this game and not give up!!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Gave up on keto and started weight watchers. I seemed to be doing keto right...blood meter had me in the right range but just couldn’t lose anything beyond 10 lbs. I decided to try just eating “normal” and tracking food has made it easier to stay on track!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was on vacation last weekend and didn’t really get back to watching what I ate until Wednesday!
