Non-scale victory of the week!
Haven’t had to wear anything but leggings in a long time! Put my jeans on and had to eventually put in a belt because I kept having to hike my jeans up!!!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
probably got more cardio in...I do CrossFit and for some days I just don’t feel like I got enough of a workout in!
