Non-scale victory of the week!

My NSV is that I was able to wear a pair of pants I haven't fit into for a long time comfortably and I looked and felt good in them.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My water drinking was a bit lower than my normal consumption. I will focus more on that next week.

How many days did you exercise last week?

I plan to get back to working out 5 days a week and drinking more water.

I went down in bra size just a little

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Meal prep and not eating out. I attempted to do a salad meal prep and got bored of it so I ended up eating out. I gained weight then had to work harder to get it off so I didn't loose as much weight this week as I could have. But I will start fresh the next diet bet.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I wanted something sweet and bought Halo Ice cream instead of the cheesecake and wine like I wanted.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think my dinner for the week was too high in carbs and my breakfast too much added sugar. I will adjust for next week

Non-scale victory of the week!

I forgot my lunch at home and had to buy fast food. It was my goal to be off of fast food, but life happens. I went to Chik fill a and got a salad and parfait when I really wanted fries and a sandwich.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Done a better job at preparing snacks because I kept having a taste for something different.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I set a goal to go to the gym Monday through Friday. Not for a specified length of stay, just to go. I pushed through my lazziness and normal habit of staying on the couch and met my goal.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing. I think I did well. I'm proud of myself.
