My grandsons have Easter candy everywhere!! I didn’t touch a single piece nor did I really want to!

Need more exercise. If only the weather would cooperate I’d get out and walk more!

I’ve significantly increased my activity — getting those steps in everyday with the help of a StepBet!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to control myself when I have Diet Coke in the house. If it’s here, I will drink it. I’ve cut down, but I still haven’t kicked the caffeine dependency.
