Started running and gym

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Tighten up food tracking. Stick to meal plan set for the day.

I'm going on holiday to friends so stick to vodka sodas and don't drink too much..yeah right. Low carb - like keto to counteract some of that ?? put in a run while away?! ??

Intermittent fasting every day

Had operation and haven't been able to exercise and haven't stayed in calorie goal range even 1 day. Alcohol main tipping factor
