Non-scale victory of the week!

We had three birthdays and four parties this past week and a half and I was able to resist eating tons of cake.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I probably could have drank more water.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Yesterday I drank 120 ounces of water... everything else went horribly wrong.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything. After winning my first DietBet I splurged like crazy and now I have more work to do.

Starting at the gym, stayed with meal plan.

I think I did everything right. Maybe a little bit more water but otherwise it was great!

Stick to meal plan, keep moving all day, keep drinking enough water (100-120 ounces).

I was able to drink a lot of water this week and refrain from snack foods on most days.

There were some days I could have watched my calories better and I wanted to get in more workouts.
