Didn’t use getting sick as reason to quit. Started whole 30.

Have been sick which helped my journey. Otherwise not sure I’d have made it. And I don’t see it although my husband says I’m shrinking.

I worked out five days last week. My muscles all hurt. Oh and I climbed all the steps up to the top of a light house. Still feeling that for sure.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Went on vacation- well part vacation/ part wedding of an old ex who was marrying the ‘other woman’. I should have done better... and maybe declined the invite.
