Move! That always seems to be my main thing. It was a particularly busy week with my son in town and crazy work and sleep hours with him around.

It’s going to be a busy week with my son coming in and working on costumes for a show at the college. My goals are lots of movement and less sitting. End of Whole 30 on Saturday and we’ll evaluate our diet then.

Went to a baby shower and only ate fruits and vegetables! No cake or fatty foods!

Exercise! :( Plantar Fascitis acting up and I was struggling all week with my feet hurting.

One reasonable plate for my meal and NO dessert (just fruit) at huge family reunion!
