Thanks for the gift Sam. Congrats to you for the great job you are doing. The hardest part of my journey has been finally realizing that this is a lifestyle change and that when one goal is met another one needs to be given so as not to slide back. My goal after I reach a healthy weight will be to maintain this time. One of my leaders at Weight Watchers once said to remember they are in the weight loss business not maintenence so I will be more diligent to stay on task with eating healthy and being aware of my feelings/environment when I am on the verge of saying to heck with it all. Good luck on the rest of your life journey!

You're welcome Donna! I know how awesome it feels to get to that goal. I had set getting under 200 lbs as my first goal and I use the dietbets for my short term goals. I still want to lose another 45-50 lbs. Keep up the good work and good luck to you too!
