My face has definitely slimmed down. Extra water weight gone.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could've eliminated diet soda altogether this past week. But I did have three diet soda free days. Going forward, no more soda.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Actually reaching my long-term weight loss goal in general is challenging. I haven't been 170 lbs since high school. Actually losing weight and following through until the end of this dietbet will be challenging. But I can and will do it.
