I got all my Morning Meltdown workouts in, but only did arms and legs for weights I will get all 4 next week tho!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m happy I spent the weekend with my daughter and didn’t restrict myself too much (I ate 4 s’mores!), but I also ate postlude healthy snacks during the day like nuts and fruit

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn’t get the workouts in I wanted, but it was an admittedly busy week. starting Morning Meltdown tomorrow with my crew!

my goal is to do 4 weight workouts (legs, arms, shoulders, and back) and to do all of week 1 of Morning meltdown! nutrition goals: eat to my food plan for an entire week and see what happens! looking for a 10/10!

lost a pound, on the tail end of my cycle so I was up 5 all week (always scary).

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn’t eat or sleep enough with school I need to do better at both Also, the least workouts I have done in 5 weeks (but I still lost!!)

I didn’t hardly eat all week except for my shake in the morning overwhelmed with school, and too little sleep. when I did eat on my business trip, I ate good, but then I ate an iridescent bag of wasabi almonds on my business trip.

I have to check numbers, but I’m pretty sure I undid last week’s big gain? at least part of it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

SLEEP! total fail in the sleep department. I’ve been chasing 6 hours average for YEARS- in the end of April I got close for the first time ever (5.75), but for May I’m back down to 4 DO BETTER!

this week I’m upping the protein and trying to ease back on carbs a bit (as in no carbs after my “noon”). also, improve water on my days off, especially if I’m going to be picking up extra shifts!!

shop and prep for the week tomorrow! LIIFT 4 plan get 8+ hours of sleep! eat steak for dinner then CRUSH the week! also, joined a 6 month transformer bet that scares the crap out of me, but I know I can do it! summer is coming! JUNE GOAL: 12 pounds!
