Looking leaner once again! Feeling good! Using the 8lb weight for workouts

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Hmmmm...... Eaten cleaner at the Super Bowl party, but I only tasted very minimally the food & stayed under for my calories I think.

I’ve been eating generally on plan for a few days now. Good carbs & lean protein and keeping my fats lower. I’ve been working out too.

Jeans are less tight! I discovered I like Balsalmic vinegar for salads! Yum!

Eaten a little less fruit dip, & stick to 1 Irish coffee on St Patty’s day.

Nothing... just be patient & maybe not have eaten late last night even though it was within my calorie range and healthy.

My workouts seem easier so I’m getting stronger! Yay! I basically avoided snacks altogether and was really craving them.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Avoided alcohol. At least they were soda water or diet soda, but still. Also eaten berries to curb my sweet tooth.
