Non-scale victory of the week!

Slept great. More alert. Feel more like myself. No alcohol.

Exercise bike broke. Had to do workouts I dob’t like as much.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Sticking with diet. Previous history binge eating / drinking. Improved now, looking for more incentive and accountability to kick the habits.
