Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve been walking to the gym, doing my 1hr workout and walking back home. It’s about 3 miles round trip.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had a work function where I had 1 soda, a sandwhiches and a small cupcake. I feel I could have had more strength and avoided it.

Go to the gym each day like we’ve been doing (my fiancé and I) and also try to avoid food that are not good for me even if everyone else is eating them.
