Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

My biggest challenge is self control- lol. Hard to turn away sweets and carbs. However, hoping this challenge will help motivate me to establish some good eating habits to beat my food cravings/weakness :).
