What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Consistency. This is key to any success & is most challenging - but I think it will get easier when I get into a routine

Weight training atleast 3 times, Cardio atleast 3 times, yoga - 4 times .. I've already cut out coffee the help my lymph glands get back to normal, now it's time to cut the bread.
