Non-scale victory of the week!

When I did indulge I reduced my portion sizes considerably....1/2 of what I would have eaten before.

Made better food choices, added more whole food, fruits and veggies, in.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Cravings for carbs and dairy, fatigue, and those two things combined mean it’s easy to reach for the bad stuff when I don’t feel like food prep.
