How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I tried playing two games last month, and although I won both, I did only engage regularly in 1 of the 2. I couldn't keep up with both and only felt guilty about it. This time I am doing Lexi's game + a Stepbet. Even though it will have me trying to keep up with 2 online game communities again, I think (hope) the accountability with my steps is going to be a game changer for me.

I just weighed in and it was higher than I expected though I know that I have been slacking off since the earlier dietbet ended. I hope that some of this is the Easter dinner food baby. Back on track first thing tomorrow. Wishing everyone the best of luck and better health.

Hello!! This is my third dietbet in 3 months. I wasn't going to sign up because losing weight was becoming more challenging for me as I lost 20lbs between the first two diet bets. Then I went off track thinking I wouldn't gain any weight but I did. So now I'm here trying to lose the weight I once lost and some more. I now know nutrition is something I need to work on and I'm ready to get it under control! Good luck everyone xoxo
