Non-scale victory of the week!

Dropped a lot of water weight from last weeks “lady” bloat. Worked out more effectively & almost daily did a little after dinner dog walk!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Change, lol! New lifestyle habits without reverting to what is “acceptable” in my general social sphere, which will lead to weight(fat) regain.
