Non-scale victory of the week!

I have ran every day last week and been consistent in my nutrition. I turned down a piece of pizza I REALLY wanted at work! And I’ve upped my water intake!

I declined a donut when taking my son and his friend to get breakfast after their sleepover!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Missed two workouts due to work this week! Could have done better making them happen!

This next week, I want to meal prep and stick to it! I want to cook supper at home each night! I want to only take healthy snacks to work (working night shift) and I will practice positive affirmations daily
