How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I am having a hard time with my weigh ins and my nutrition and stress and premenopausal issues, but I am loving my workouts and eating as healthy as possible. I am not always staying on point and drinking enough water :sweat_drops:. I do drink energize and hydrate and some water but sometimes I will have a coffee and I am so addicted to chocolate now! I am going to do another weigh in now but I am scared :scream: cuz I got off track with my dinner plans and started eating food I know I shouldn’t have... So ?

Can lack of sleep affect weight loss? I have always been successful with all my dietbets and I am doing things exactly the same way this time around. The only difference is that I have a baby going through a sleep regression. She has been waking up multiple times a night. I am exhausted and dissapointed that I can’t seem to loose like I usually do :(

Here's a great way to make the most of your nutrition during this bet. Keep your meals balanced. I like to make sure I have carbs (yellow), fruit (purple) and a healthy fat (blue or tsp) for breakfast, protein (red), veggies (green), carbs (yellow) for lunch and protein (red), veggies (green) for dinner. The colors represent my portion control container system. I mix and match the rest of my containers throughout the day. Mixing and matching your macro nutrients insures yo are staying well balanced & getting all the vitamins & minerals that you need.

I love the perfect bars as well! However, I use the food containers only as a guide for what I should be eating and how much. I don’t measure out every meal to the containers.

  • This calendar is a combination of A Little Obsessed and A Little More Obsessed. You’ll follow the workouts just as they are filmed and appear on BeachBody On Demand but you’ll alternate doing ALO one week and ALMO the next for 4 weeks.

  • This is a different version of the calendar. The first week you follow A Little More Obsessed exactly how it’s filmed and appears on BOD. The next three weeks are different rep patterns. If you’ve done 80 Day Obsession you know what I mean. There are some weeks where we do a 2x15 rep pattern, go through the entire workout, circle back to the top and do it again. Then the next week we do a 3x 10 pattern using a little heavier weights, going through the entire workout 3 times top to bottom. The third week we do a 3x10 again but this time we do groups of 3-4 exercises 3 times through then move on to the next group. In the last week we go back to the 2x15 pattern and do our groups again.

    If you chose to follow this calendar you’ll definitely want to use your tracker sheets to keep track of your weights. You can watch the workout to hear my cues but you won’t always be doing the same rep pattern as we are doing in the video. You would more be watching the video for form cues and inparation but might have to pause or fast forward depending on what you’re doing.

    Don’t let it get overly complicated, it’s not just enjoy.

If you have Beachbody On Demand and currently have an auto shipment of Beachbody supplements then your login has access to new workouts under “A Little More Obsessed.” If you do not get supplements I think these workouts will be available to all BOD in a few months.

I am having a hard time with my weight loss this dietbet. I am doing the same as I always do. Eat well and move. It’s always worked for me. However, my baby is 6 months old and she’s been going through a developmental leap and crazy sleep regression. I am exhausted. But I am keeping up with my diet and not cheating, though my weight is not moving much. Could it be due to the lack of sleep? I feel discouraged :(
