I fit into. pair of jeans that didn't fit at the beginning of the summer. Which made me go to goodqill and buy 2 more pairs because it is now pants season.

Got more sleep.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to fit in a size 14 bridal grown!! This was the highlight if my week! I started my journey in a size 26W. I never wanted to be a fat bride. I didnt start my journey 1 year and 2 months ago with the thought of loosing for a wedding. Planning a wedding just started and I am sooo excited. 12/31/2018 will be here before I know it!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need more sleep. We have a new dog that dieant understand it needs to sleep at night and stat up and play during the day.

Final weight is a bit scary after a nught with friends and family at a drive in movie. But I made weight!!

Making my weight even though it is #sharkweek.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I wish I didn't give into the temptation of extra pizza on Friday night. But it was sooo freaking good. I also ate frozen yogurt twice.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am able to fit into my moms old bathing suit. I will be wearing it in public on Sunday. I am proud of the progress I have made so far.

Not splurged so much on my birthday.

Horrible gain this week. Not sure what's going on other than I added more workouts and I am retaining water.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Watch my snacking. I have had a couple night of binge eating in the middle of the night due to stress.

Drink, drink, drink. Get my body used to the extra exercise. Try to go to bed earlier and not snack at night.
