I have finally committed to not just JOINING A gym...but USING it. I really like the atmosphere of Planet Fitness. They are open 24/7, which is great for a night shifter, like me. They also have massage chairs for a mini-realxation and red light therapy. Those little extras are probably the reason I am going, actually. I feel like the entire experience is for ME.....not just the me that I want to be. I love that they have the 30 minute circuit. I tell myself that no matter what, I can fit 30 minutes in for my health, both physical and mental. I am beyond proud of myself.
Before long, I will be the "Captain Marvel that I once was, decades ago!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have slept a little more. I also could have made time for the hike that I wanted to take.
