Non-scale victory of the week!
I did a workout of some kind everyday this week. Most of them were from the Barre Blend super block, but one day was yard work
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Nutrition definitely could have been better, some days were better than others. I started my period yesterday, so no weight was lost this week but I feel so much better for having worked out all week
