What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Worked out at least once on the weekend. I was lazy!!! And less alcohol on Saturday.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went to the gym seven days, including two training sessions.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I faved and ate some desserts at night, and I also ate some things at work simply bc they were available to me.

Work out 5 days. Keep my diet in check as well as snacking. Limit the alcohol on the weekend.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I mean prepped soooo many veggies. I only had one cheat day to drink alcohol, and I only had one day where I had a small slice of cake for dessert. Otherwise, pretty much veggies and quinoa only.

I could’ve done more cardio but sleep is important too

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I’m such a binge eater. I get home at midnight after work and then will watch my tv shows and snack on horrible things. I need to do better on grocery purchases and get used to healthy snacks.
