I am finally losing again but slowly. Still feel lighter and people noticed the difference at a party.

I am really feeling good about being under 200. It’s the biggest victory of all

Clothes are fitting way better, I am able to exercise longer and harder.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Figured out that sugar and keto do not mix. I would have lost more weight rather than gain. But I still made it below goal. So that is a victory
