You can unofficially weigh in as often as you would like. You have to officially weigh in once at the beginning and then weigh out once at the end of the game.


If you weigh in once a week you are entered in the weekly prize deaws. But you only officially have to waigh in twice. In the start and end of the game.

Omg my weight was ON POINT last week but now I’m getting my period 😩😩😩 help! I am pounding water and keeping salt intake down today but I’m so annoyed about the timing of this!!

Doesn’t look like I’ll be winning my first dietbet and that is so discouraging. My scale has been stuck for over a week even though I’ve been staying on track. Still have 4.3 pounds to go. 😭

OK guys, tell me your suggestions for picky eaters who do not like many vegetables.

I am SUPER picky. The only vegies I eat are: potatoes (white and sweet), beans (lima, black, etc), purple hull peas, romaine, raw carrots, spinach, and cabbage.

What vegetable would you suggest for a picky eater and what are your favorite ways to prepare them?

If you like beans you will probably like lentils ! Zucchini has a pretty mild taste so maybe you’d like that!

For me I used to slowly add veggies into my diet until I liked them. For example I used to hate kale so I would add like 1 leaf into my salad bowl and increase it by another leaf every week to get used to its flavor.... now I love it and my entire bowl is kale !

I add green peppers to my spaghetti and salads in spaghetti you can't really taste them and in salad they're covered in dressing

Same, didn’t do well this weekend but WILL be back at it tomorrow with an early 6 am OTF workout - will not let one bad weekend derail me!!


Period pain has yet won me over with my stupid craving for sugar. Grrrr hopefully its a better day tomorrow
