Non-scale victory of the week!

I play baseball ever Wednesday, and this week at baseball I got compliments on how I was running so fast. I felt like while running I could keep it going. I didn’t get out of breath running a single!! I felt great!

My diet was not good this week but I’m determined to be better this week! And hit my water goals
