After a very bad few days os stress eating I finally got back on

Could have worked out and started eating right sooner. But there is always tomorrow

Stay on the Rainbow 5 and under diet. If its a color in the rainbow and came from the ground or if it has 5 ingriedients or less. Beaides that no thanks trying to stay away. Even if i only Get 3 days back on ill be happy

Last week was rough. Well the last year has been and am determined to eat food my body loves. Resisting naything in packageing with more than 5 ingridients

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to eat more supportive food during a stressful time and healthless time. Also finding other ways to enjoy my stress other than food, back to light stretching yoga

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Rest balance and more me time I finally got back to work after being sick almlst a month and doing rv renovations and helping family. No wonder i havent found the gym and have infections this week. Not a victim, realizing an oppotunity for change and more enjoyable me on the molecular universal side

I am finally finding my balance with my hralth. 3rd round of antibitotics have made food difficult for my intercystial cystitis buuuut no excuses. Working hard to eat extra greens and keep my water high this week. Progress is slow but its the cha-cha of weightloss

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

My health. I am continuoslu getting sick and medications and illnesses throw my weightloss off. For example my first weigh in was 178 and not accepted then that wk i was sick and by the time my way in was accepted it was 172 but now this wk I am back up to 177. Just difficult but not impossible . Reminds me to be consitant which i struggle with
