After a very bad few days os stress eating I finally got back on

Could have worked out and started eating right sooner. But there is always tomorrow

Stay on the Rainbow 5 and under diet. If its a color in the rainbow and came from the ground or if it has 5 ingriedients or less. Beaides that no thanks trying to stay away. Even if i only Get 3 days back on ill be happy
