Non-scale victory of the week!

I went to a diner and instead of ordering a burgur and fries, I had chicken breast, spinach, and corn. I ate the chicken and spinach. Usually I would eat every thing on my plate even if I was already full. I didn't eat the corn. It's small but it was really hard for me to make that choice. And instead of a coffee shake, hot chocolate or milkshake, I had a 16oz cappuccino. And I savored it.

I could have stuck to my calorie goal.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went to the gym for the first time in ages and completed All my reps.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Better snacks. Less sweets. Less late night snacking. Oh and that French toast.
