Non-scale victory of the week!

Resisted eating biscuits in a long afternoon meeting and ate small fruit slices instead. Trousers I bought before the first DietBet started at the end of May are looser, very much looser!

Not eaten the egg custard today when I don't enjoy them. Even when it's a gift from my other half.
