Have been quite active this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

So bummed! Started off the week with a nice loss. Sadly am up a few pounds because I got too confident. Consistency is the key, however it’s SO hard!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

2 weeks of baking for kids and feeling stressed. Ate too many of my baked goods. Just started fostering a new dog and am taking more walks which is helping me to feel better.
