Still working on improving my diet. I am going to try to start cutting back more on dairy, sugar, and gluten.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

So far, I have found exciting life events to derail me from my healthy lifestyle. For example, I just graduated from college and made a move across the country and therefore got caught up in "celebrating" and ended up taking about a month off of living a healthy lifestyle.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My goals during this upcoming week are to meal prep and follow those meals, limit eating out to twice this week, work out atleast 4 times, and drink atleast a gallon of water each day.
