For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Happy Tuesday! On to the next challenge! Not only is tracking a huge piece of the puzzle in our weight loss journey, but so is exercise! Over the next 5 days, in order to be eligible to win the Fitbit, you’ll need to do 30 minutes of activity every day. It doesn’t matter what you choose to do or where you choose to do it, but I ask you share a picture in the comments of proof that you worked out! Post on the picture that is pinned to the top labeled for that day- today it is this picture. This can be a screenshot of the fitness equipment you’re using, a sweaty selfie, an app that you use, whatever it may be! That’s awesome ladies!!! I did this on top of the workout I did this am. Soooo...today I’m very happy. I got one more set in (2 left for the day) I ate PERFECTLY...and was strong and resisted the pizza and crazy bread at work!! Will power on point ;)

Hi Everyone! I joined the game but last week was a bit of a write off for me so now it is time to get focused! I suffered a brain hemorrhage about 2 months ago and while recovering let myself eat whatever I wanted and I couldn’t do any exercise. I had a lot of success with DietBet awhile ago so signed up for the accountability as even before my accident felt my good habits slipping. Last week was my first week back to work and I still wasn’t feeling 100% but now after a long weekend away (where I ate pretty much nothing but cheese) I feel I have my energy back and ready to focus! What healthy foods are you guys currently obsessed with?

I go through phases with foods. My current obsession is vegan smoothies (with peanut butter or almond butter). They are usually around 500 kcal, but are a filling meal and super tasty.

I visited NYC last month and had a smoothie from Juice Generation nearly every day. Joyful Almond and PB Split were my favorites. https://www.juicegeneration.com/

I then realized I pass a Smoothie King on my drive home from work. I've been getting the Vegan - Nutty Super Grain smoothie. The 20oz comes out to $5 and change with tax and is an easy and satisfying dinner. I end up spending my last hour of work thinking about the smoothie I'm about to get. Its like a PB milkshake with no added sugar.
