I was sick with a double ear infection this week, and eating and drinking both proved VERY difficult. I am proud of myself for staying in track with my diet plan and avoid my “don’t eat that” foods, while still keeping healthy with green juices and salads even when I felt crummy :( I also made it through CMA Fest week at work sticking to a diet, which is unheard of with all the free food and alcohol!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I didn’t eat as much protein or good fat as I would have liked because I wasn’t feeling well. I also didn’t exercise at allllll thanks to my ear infection, outside of all of the walking and lifting for CMA Fest work.
