Non-scale victory of the week!

My pants, snug before the dietbet, fell off of me during the week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I should have been more intentional about exercise and diet, but some delayed meals and stressful moments, busy days, were all contributors to me not getting it done.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My goal is to work harder at going to bed by 130, exercise at least 3 days, and be more intentional about diet.

Non-scale victory of the week!

My non-scale victory would definitely be walking around Ikea without getting winded. I am so excited about that!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn't have space to exercise at all, so i didn't get any workouts in. This week, I want to push harder to work out.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My goal is work out 3 times this week, and go to bed at 1:15 at least 6 times.

Non-scale victory of the week!

My non-scale victory has definitely been sticking to my meal plan and resisting foods that tempt me the most. I even successfully navigated a food truck frenzy, which is usually my downfall! I also made it to bed by 130 every night.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have been smarter about my meal prep and avoided those pretzel buns at the grocery store.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I want to make it to bed by 115am each njght so I can continue my effort to get more sleep, prep some new and exciting smoothies for variety, and work out one more day than I did last week (3 total days).

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Consistency and the time to make it happen. My life is always busy and I don't have much time for me, which makes diet and exercise hard.
