Non-scale victory of the week!

Continuing to track daily. All the good, bad, and the ugly.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have continue to drink my water on a daily basis. There were a few days where I ran out of water, and it was too late to pick-up a case at my local Costco. Not staying on top of my water intake everyday, kind of contributed to this heightened craving for sweets.

Realizing how resilient my body can be with all the added energy and endurance I notice I now have throughout a long day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I keep beating myself up about the lack of exercise, but with all this running around I've been doing this holiday season, I'm still meeting my daily Fitbit goal. :D

Non-scale victory of the week!

For at least a year now, every morning when I first set foot on the floor, I've been suffering from severe plantar fasciitis pain in my left heel. It would persist thoughout the day and well into the evening, especially after standing for long periods of time at work. This past month, that persistent pain is pretty much gone. I almost can't believe it!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Hands down, exercise. I'm averaging about twice a week. But my goal is at least 3 times a week.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My goals are to stay focused during the holiday season. Everywhere I turn, there seems to be new temptations. Remember to enjoy, but only in moderation. Track everything I eat to help keep myself accountable. To not allow my mom, who is a major trigger right now, to sabotage all the hard work I've put in since September. To remember that my intentions will eventually become a reality, so long as I put in the work everyday.

Managed to track my caloric intake everyday on MFP this past month. Something I haven't been consistent with in years.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Continue to struggle with my water intake. Drinking 110 fl oz seems nearly impossible to do everyday. But I have increased my average, which is a great improvement.

Definitely continue to struggle with my water intake. Drinking 115 fl oz a day has not been easy. Also, I missed a day of walking/exercising per week this past month. :/

Non-scale victory of the week!

Wore a top to work comfortably, that use to fit too tight around the arms. :D

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercise continues to be an issue. I've never been big on gyms, and the area I live in is a heavily congested traffic area, and I do not feel comfortable walking for safety and health reasons. I found a nice residential area near my job, where my dog and I can walk outdoors safely. But I really need to make an extra effort to use the treadmill on days I can't make it.
