Non-scale victory of the week!

Clothes are fitting better now.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Twice in the last week I had a cheat snack but I got back on track so I'm down overall.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I won't have any cheat snacks so I can make the most of my workouts and clean eating diet. I'd be happy if I could finish at 114 pounds. I really want to get back to where I was in this photo after doing P90X!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did have a cheat snack of some chocolate but it didn't affect me as much as I thought since I still lost. Probably should have resisted the urge.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

It seems as though stress tends to lead me to want a cheat snack so I need to control that better. I love chocolate so I drink chocolate Shakeology every morning which normally satisfies my chocolate cravings. My cheat snack came at the end of a very good day nutritionally but I was exhausted and stressed and I just had to have a bit of chocolate.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Continue with Shakeology in the morning and reach for one of the several fruits I bought this week for a healthy snack and continue with the P90X3 workouts. Depending on the weather, also add more exercise in the form of a brisk walk or swimming.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Sticking to a clean, healthy diet (which I usually do) but with NO cheat snacks. However, I'm determined to get to my ultimate goal weight so I track everything I eat (as well as my water intake) into an on-line tracker every single day. It really helps me to focus on getting results.
