I packed a yummy salad from Starbucks...and then ate Halloween candy from the office down the hall. Ugh...But, my new yoga mat came today, so my life just got infinitely better! How about you?

Hmm. Quite a bit of convenient/comfort food lately due to crazy week stuff. We haven't missed any of our evening walks, though, so I feel good about that! {Yay for a new yoga mat!}
