Maintained my weight lose. I love to celebrate with food, and chose yummy fruit instead of cake and icecream.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had potatoe salad yesterday, just one cup, and it fit in my food plan and I did not exceed my calorie goal of 1200 to 1500 calories a day

Sleep, I need to find a way to get a deeper sleep.
