Didnt have time to go out and buy a new belt so I had to poke a new hole in my existing one so it would fit

Difficult work schedule, plus juggling 2 little ones makes for a hectic lifestyle to juggle at times

I hope to make some healthier life choices all around. Unfortunately my dad had a heart attack a week ago. Thankfully he is doing well and recovering but diet and exercise is a top priority for him. I hope to make some changes of my own to coincide with his new lifestyle and work on losing some weight myself. I have sleep apnea and work early mornings so sleep is often my biggest challenge. I hope to set realistic goals for sleep each night and start an exercise routine. I also plan on being more strategic about what I eat and when I eat it to help me in my journey
