How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Get ready for the final weigh in! Once the game ends tonight at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Jul 19 to submit your final weight. If you're a winner, you'll be asked to submit photos and will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the weigh-in screens.

Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted, and remember - don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! (If you don't get one, check your spam folder.) You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner.

The game will finalize 24-36 hours after all weigh-ins have been submitted. Good luck!

As we close in on the final few days of this challenge I just want to say thank you to everyone who has shared their experiences along the way. Some of us will beat this challenge and some of us will not but hopefully we are all better off for the journey. I know i will take away some new food dishes and exercise routines that were posted along the way and for that I want to say thank you. Losing weight is definitely challenging but having a good outlet and support system can make it a bit easier. Best of luck to everyone in achieving your personal goals!!!

My non-scale victory this week....I didn't have time to go out and buy a new belt yet so in the meantime I had to poke out a new hole in my existing belt so it would fit! Good luck to everyone, we are almost there! Keep pushing forward and stay strong!

I don't have a chart like that. But when I reach my long term goal I'm treating myself to my first overseas trip.

I don't use a chart like that either but I think it's a good idea. Finding ways to motivate and reward your progress can revitalize your mind and keep you engaged.
