Non-scale victory of the week!

I stuck with my IF schedule exactly and resisted multiple food temptations at work.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had a cheat meal on Sunday and it didn't turn into a cheat day. Otherwise i did pretty well with my diet.

Working out 5 days. I only did 4.
