Non-scale victory of the week!
I've done my meal prep, been working out and saying no to fancy dinners out!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have started on time. I only registered the day after the competition began and that day I went nuts for junkfood and snacks. Otherwise I've done my workout and eaten healthy!
