Non-scale victory of the week!

Not turning to a takeaway when we had the emergency board meeting at work and the worry about our jobs. Today picking up the discounted fresh cream cake but putting it back because i knew i would have eaten the two as the date was today. Also today going to my first emotional eating class and first day back to work after Christmas break.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Need to start taking my meds again only started today after at least a month's break. Really struggling with sleeping and need to get back into a better routine but also sleep through the night - woke up loads throughout. Meds might help. Missed breakfasts waking up late but had lunch the majority of days.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Continuing to try and eat regular meals - 3 meals a day. Continuing to track calories and do not have more than 1 takeaway. Make my soup and not leave it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Just ordered a takeaway after going to m and s and buying my meals for the next 6 days. I am fraustrated I have been so good and I am not loosing weight fast enough so what do I do order a takeaway. I have put it into my fitness pal and it's only 1600 calories so It's not so bad but how can I get to goal now!! 5 days after today maybe lots of water exercise Friday, walk on Saturday and video on Sunday? I want to win this so why do I do this?!

Non-scale victory of the week!

So annoying I have stuck to my calories and haven't given in to urges and still I haven't lost the weight. Really fraustrated I am just hoping that it's because I feel bloated and my body will catch up soon I have put on half a pound this morning and don't know why! :-(

Non-scale victory of the week!

First day of my period today in pain and very very tired. Proud of myself for not giving into my cravings for a takeaway I did eat freddos and biscuits but I was within my calorie totals. I weighed myself and was up by 3lns but know that's because of my period so not taking it seriously as all week I have been on track so the weight will come off by weighing in on Monday.

I have been keeping up with eating 1200 - 1400 and haven't had a takeaway since Tuesday last week! Very happy with myself!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Thurs -stuck to eating healthy, bacon sandwiches, m and s meal snack on strawberries and blueberries with 1 freddo. Started to tidy the kitchen and it looking like it's all going to get done! Friday- woke up at 9.30 ish and eating breakfast a first in like forever!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I can't seem to get back on track and focussed. I have been off work with vertigo this past week and I just want to eat. I need to get on it and see if I can do well for the end of this month. I can loose a fair bit when I actually eat more and the right stuff.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Keeping at it, I tend to give in to emotional eating after a few weeks and if I have a bad day I give up. Not this time though!
