I got in my steps even though I had an out patient procedure done this week

not eat a whole package of graham crackers when I didn’t feel well acter my procedure :(

I was camping and ate within my calorie limit

not drink the beer but it’s hard when you’re camping and have a sprained ankle so can’t do much else lol

Not sprain my ankle. Now I can’t walk which is my main source of exercise.

Kept at my calorie goal

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More exercise. The weather wasn’t good - I like to walk for my exercise. I wasn’t motivated. Broke up with my guy friend, had a stressful work week and next week I’m gone at our company annual meeting. Lots of food and drink and I have no will power :(

I didn’t get any strength training in. I had to work late several days this week and I was too tired when I got home

Didn’t eat totally crappy while on a business trip. Choose fish, seafood and veggies

Not drank as much alcohol but this meeting is with colleagues that I only see once a year and we go out every evening and enjoy each other’s company over drinks
