How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Well, I went into the weekend figuring I needed a “cheat day”, my weight loss had stalled due to eating too little... but 3 days in a row of lots of extras, and I am so ready to get back to my healthier eating habits.

Diet on point over the weekend. Took a rest day yesterday and did yard work today for my exercise. Tomorrow will be gym in the morning and/or 2 games of softball in the evening depending on the weather. It was supposed to rain yesterday but not really. Then it was supposed to rain today and it didn't happen. Now it's suppose to rain tomorrow afternoon through the evening.

Joined the game a bit late, but that doesn’t mean I’m giving myself any excuses to not hit the weigh in goals! Just need to push even harder. F45 Challenge starts a week from tomorrow so that will help too!

I noticed that I often stress eat. Anytime but mostly at work, when I feel waves of anxiety due to something stressing me out I want to eat. I try to pack lots of healthy snacks but I just wanted to see if anyone has any recommendations to help me cope with anxiety/stress besides eating. Thanks in advance!

Hi Siobhan, sounds familiar to me ! I have written on Lulus' comment, for me it helped to have a plan defined how to react in these situations and visualize you doing it the next time. For me this includes, getting out of the situation for some time (either outside or in the restroom), accepting the feeling, listing to a song that calms me, thinking about a joyful moment in life, ending with positive words that I can handle the situation and that I am proud of me to handle it that way. Then back to fight :D
I store my "emergency to do list" where I previously had my sweets ;) + I have a version at home to read before I leave for the office.

I stress eat when my kids drive me nuts (stay at home mom). To try to avoid it, I got rid of all junk food & decided sticking them in front of the tv with a movie so I can exercise might help.
