Non-scale victory of the week!
Consistent exercise! Nothing crazy but at least 10K steps a day and two days of exercise classes.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I’ve been having a great week actually! I’ve managed my food and have been getting lots of exercise. Feeling strong after a slump from my accident.

Just to be consistent. I don’t need to get better or increase anything right now. I usually escalate too soon and then fail. I just need to be into the habit of maintaining good practices.
