Non-scale victory of the week!

Went to the farmers market last weekend so had a lot of great veges to eat this week. Could have been a bit better with not overeating or eating when not hungry, but overall Ive been pretty disciplined.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to really be mindful and stop eating when Im no longer hungry.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Again focus on mindful eating, and try and exercise more. I should take up running or something too but I never feel like it after work. :/ have been doing silk more though and classes start up again soon.

I've been eating much healthier and my clothes are starting to feel looser. I feel good!

More exercise. I did do silk twice though. Walk more maybe !
