Non-scale victory of the week!

Logged everything I ate into My FitnessPal. Resisted soda for the week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have exercised more. Also, on Wednesday I ate a ton of food outside of my macros. I should have more willpower and discipline to eat the right thing. Lastly, I should have gotten more sleep each night.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I’m worried that I won’t stick to my goals and be disciplined for a long time. I know this is a lifestyle change, but it’s been so easy for me to fall back into my old habits.
