Logged everything I ate into My FitnessPal. Resisted soda for the week.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have exercised more. Also, on Wednesday I ate a ton of food outside of my macros. I should have more willpower and discipline to eat the right thing. Lastly, I should have gotten more sleep each night.
